HousePay privacy policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026.
HousePay is a record of household staff, pay, and proof, kept by the person who employs that staff. The developer is Sibisi. Questions and requests go to ivans.sibisi@gmail.com.
Account
Creating an account stores your name and email address. Your password is handled by the sign-in service and is not kept in the app as readable text. The app also stores the account and household identifiers needed to open your record.
Records you enter
What you type is stored on the phone and, while you are signed in, in your household account. That can include staff names, identity numbers, roles, nationalities, start dates, and wages; a work-permission check you choose to record, including the document type, a reference, an end date, and a file you attach; days worked, payslips, and payment amounts; casual workers’ names, the work, the hours, and the pay; and maintenance providers, invoices, costs, and warranty dates.
Photos and PDF files you attach, such as proof of payment, a work-permission document, or a signed employment contract, are stored with that household.
Purchases
Subscriptions and one-off purchases are processed by the App Store on iPhone and by Google Play on Android. HousePay does not receive your card number. RevenueCat tells the app which plan is active.

Ads on the free plan
Without an active Household subscription, HousePay shows a banner advertisement at the bottom of the screen. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Subscribing to Household removes the banner. HousePay does not sell your household record or use it to build advertising profiles of its own.
What HousePay does not do
HousePay does not sell your information. It does not collect your location, contacts, messages, or health information for its own use.
Website visitors
The HousePay website on housespay.com uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visitors. That measurement is for the site only. It does not identify a household account in the app.
Who processes it
Supabase stores the account, the household record, and uploaded files for HousePay. The App Store and Google Play, with RevenueCat, process purchases so the app can tell which plan is active. On the free plan, Google AdMob serves the banner ad and may process device identifiers under its own terms. Vercel hosts this website and provides the visitor counts described above.
How long it is kept
The account and household record are kept until you ask for them to be deleted. Signing out removes the household copy and the sign-in tokens stored on that phone. Files you already shared from the phone, such as a payslip you sent elsewhere, are not recalled by signing out.
Ask for access or deletion
Delete account, on the household screen, removes the sign-in, the household record, and the files stored for that household. Email ivans.sibisi@gmail.com from the email address on the account to ask for a copy of the household record, or for a particular record or file to be deleted without closing the account.
